WSRE | Town Hall Meeting: Oil Spill Legal Guidance
www.wsre.org – A co-presentation of the Pensacola Bay Area Chamber of Commerce and WSRE-TV, moderated by WEAR-TV’s Sue Straughan, focused on providing legal guidance in the oil spill claims process. A recent survey of Chamber membership revealed that more than 50% of respondents have realized a minor negative impact from the oil crisis while 28% have realized a major negative impact on their business. 90% of those that responded as having sustained some type of impact on their business have not yet filed a claim with BP.
