I’m so glad this proposition exists. I hope it pasts.
Comment by Jessegrr420 on 19 December 2010:
Im not completly in agreement of the prop. I think the people should have some say in how high the taxes can be raised. But I think its ridiculus that every single statement said by the opposition was false and or obscured. Dispappointed in the revenue. anything is better than no revenue. 150$ an ounce will wipe out black market sells. 250 an ounce min for kush on the BM. ANd from 7:28 and up shouldnt even be responded to because its almst completly false.

In a legal context, a narcotic drug is simply one that is totally prohibited, or one that is used in violation of strict governmental regulation, such as PCP and marijuana. From a pharmacological standpoint, it is a vague and ineffectual term.[2] On the other hand, the legal usage of the word does provide a convenient shorthand term, useful in contexts where the legal status of a drug is considered more pertinent than its pharmacological action.

Dope is for dopes and pot is called dope. If you smoke pot, you are a dope. Anyone who defends these drugs is a loser, dope.
Comment by captainkeif on 19 December 2010:
@steroidsR4losers dope is for dopes, because dope means heroin. inform yourself on the topic you choose to bash next time.

Comment by thecosmos003 on 19 December 2010:
Everything the cops said is false. Fucking legalize it already so people can see everything is fine.. SIGH
Comment by MadManApothecary on 19 December 2010:
@TTUsucks88 There’s nothing wrong with it, as long as long as you call it what it is. “Legalization to an extent” is basically like Decriminalization. SB-1449 made 1 ounce of cannabis punishable by up to a $100 fine, if Prop. 9 passes you will pay $50 tax on every ounce you buy. Vote No on Proposition 19, read the bill see if he bill lives up to its reputation and if it doesn’t (which it doesn’t) you must vote no.
Comment by TTUsucks88 on 19 December 2010:
@MadManApothecary That’s still progress. I almost never tote around an ounce of weed on me. If I do it right now, I’m in trouble with the law. If Prop 19 passes, I won’t be in trouble. I don’t see how that’s a bad thing; it may not be 100% legalization, but what’s wrong with legalizing it to an extent?
Comment by MadManApothecary on 19 December 2010:
@TTUsucks88 You are a real winner. I bet you have read the bill and know what it says. You seem very educated.I dont own a weed shop,if anything I am nothing more than a patient. Read Prop. 19, it doesnt legalize weed. Matter of fact with the passage of sb 1449 it won’t do anything but screw everyone and get non-medicinal users out of a $100 dollar fine for anything under an ounce while making anything over an ounce a criminal issue STILL. Read b4 you decide, think b4 you speak,& watch ur mouth

One thing is for sure.? Using STEROIDS is CHEATING. Whether it’s dangerous or not. Whether it’s illegal or not. Whether people talk about it or not. Whether people? admit to it or not. STEROIDS are a DISGRACE towards ALL sports and anyone who defends them is a COWARD.
The STEROID CHEATERS like to keep “silent”? about the STEROIDS that made them bigger? and? stronger.? Then they want to say?? that it’s not CHEATING, lol

@MadManApothecary Suck a nigger dick it’s progress for the weed consumer. I don’t care that your small weed shop is going out of business you motherfucker.
Comment by MadManApothecary on 19 December 2010:
prohibited cannabis for 70 years. It will also mean very bad things for patients who I guess pro Prop. 19 people haven’t come to realize. Prop. 19 doesn’t say whether or not it will precede 215 and if you know anything about America, you know when a bill doesn’t specify it’s screwing somebody. Vote NO on Proposition 19, if you haven’t read the bill you have no real say in whether or not the bill should pass unless you want to make an ignorant vote, which will make it worse for all.
Comment by MadManApothecary on 19 December 2010:
It’s too bad that Prop. 19 is nothing but a tax, and regulate bill which doesn’t even mention the legalization of cannabis. It only allows a person to carry and ounce which means it is basically decriminalized which it is already except with Prop. 19 you won;t have to pay a $100 fine anymore and you will be able to keep your stash. But if you have more than an ounce, you are going to jail. This is hardly legalization, it is only handing the industry over to the same people who successfully
