      I’ve bought three house and p;aod all three off. I never missed one payment. I was late by one day on two payments and had to pay extra. During the S&L crisis a bunch of people started protesting because the S&L’s were going under and had no FDIC insurance. The govt. decided to change the rules and give moneies back to the depositers that knew there was no FDIC but were making a higher interest rate by depositing in theses S&L’s.

      I want to know foreclose with what ? If you put them on the lawful dime what are THEY going to use as the surety for your property. They don’t have the note…
      When you signed the note, YOU bought the house. They took YOUR NOTE created a demand account, deposited YOUR NOTE, they wrote a cashiers check WITH FUNDS CREATED THROUGH YOUR PROMISSORY NOTE. THEN they wrote a cashiers check for the home. Don’t believe it, try buying a home WITHOUT signing the promissory note. IT CAN’T HAPPEN. wake up !

      @carlokrenzelak yes it is inexpensive, I posted I have spent 66, thous just trying to find the right attorney, it is like you have to give them 10 grand to take the case and most of the time they are jerks. So it is good, it is just your comment sounded like they did not want to help because of the small back end mortgage

      @hurchel 3000 up front, which may sound liek a lot but it is a bargain actually. i have had some lawsuits and stuff in the past and what you get for the 3k is well worth it. then on the back end is 2%of the totla mortgage amount. still a bargain. you will not find this kind of deal elsewhere. it is worth it if you can afford it.

      Starve the Beast: turn of the tv, get rid of cable, stop entertainment addiction, don’t shop at chain stores support local moms and pops stores as much as possible, get out of debt as much as you can, become aware of yourself, realize your potential and use it wisely, not to preach but have a moral ethical religious spiritual anchor, stay healthy in a way that you enjoy, try to get of the grid, support like minded people; friends and family, arm yourself, don’t fall for their seduction.

      One defense that was first touted was asking the lender to “produce the note.” That can hold up your foreclosure for weeks if not months and in some cases years.

      @TadRapidly Nah, don’t be so negative brother, there are many ways to Starve the Beast while remaining under the radar and off the grid as much as possible. Just working for yourself for cash only is one example. No debt, no “money” in the bank, cash in hand only. But I can understand someone “working” for a corporation doesn’t have much choice, unless he/she just flat out quits and gets off the hamster wheel. Its a choice, there always is a choice, always.
