      well what about the 5 years in jail for tax evasion? Even if I’m right in the end for not payin my taxes I can’t afford to be in jail for a month or however long it takes for me to be proven innocent.

      NON-TAXPAYER
      The power to tax the domestic earnings of the vast majority of American citizens was never granted to Congress by the U.S. Constitution. because working and making a living is a natural or enalible right not a mear privlage. Such a broad direct tax could never pass constitional muster and would most certainly struck down by the Supream Court .

      Those made liable within the several states are:
      1. non resident alliens with domestic income
      2. foreign corporations with domestic income
      3.. withholding agents for the above
      4. U.S Persons holding the income of the above.

      OK, so let me get this straight…I was born in the late 1950′s and somehow the federal government saved me from speaking German or Japanese. So you are assuming that the Germans or Japanese would have invaded the mainland and we wouldn’t have been able to defeat them without the feds…Damn you are SO SMART! And let’s see, the Feds violate the Constitution and print all the money they want and somehow if we don’t pay taxes they will fall on their faces? And who needs a history lesson?

In just a couple of years, Banister has emerged as the poster child of the de-tax gurus, appearing on national TV interviews — where, amazingly, he admits that he himself reports and pays his income tax, although advocating to others that the payment of income taxes is “voluntary”
