There are a number of states that have nullification-like legislation (the more the better!). Virginia and Missouri are such states. The problem is that most states (including the one I’m in now) have punishing income taxes of their own and like a drug addict, have become completely dependent on them.
Florida, Texas, Wyoming, Washington, Alaska, South Dakota, and Nevada have no state income tax.
I wrote my senator today to repeal all of Obamacare.

Hi Ghost- A repeal is inefficient. The Feds could care less- they voted this in. When have the Feds ever limited themselves??? The States can NULLIFY right now. Your efforts are better spent on pursuing state sovereignty & the 10th Amendment.

How do states go about nullifying contractual agreements between citizens and a non-government entity, the IRS, a debt collector to the Federal Reserve? Tax increases at this point will create net negative revenue from destruction of productivity and the static accounting assumptions by government bean counters, once again, proven erroneous. This is a ploy to keep the public in the commercial system as the financial system is eventually revamped into a collapse.

The best way to fight this is to join them. Close your productive business and seek government employment. That way you will help bring down the system by draining it of resources rather than producing resources for it. It won’t get better until it gets a lot worse and the system collapses. It’s the taxpayers who support the system, not the tax consumers. The best way to bring down the system is to become a net tax consumer.
