Im 25 years med. student from poland, but you are 44 year old guy from richest country in the world – united states, you do it. When I finish my studies and will become a doctor, give me visa to US and when my incoms reach 400 thousand bucks peer year like your doctors, i promise you i will send them not only bread and water but once a year russian caviar and french champagne.
