On October 24, 2005, Schiff was convicted in the U.S. District Court in Las Vegas, Nevada, he was sentenced to 12 years and 7 months in prison and was ordered to pay over $4.2 million in restitution to the Internal Revenue Service, he was also sentenced to 12 additional months for contempt of court.

The Internal Revenue Code of 1954 was passed by both houses of Congress as House Resolution 8300, and was signed by President Eisenhower on August 16, 1954, at about 9:45 a.m., becoming Public Law 83-591, 68A Stat. 3. the laws of a country are different to the acts of government, title 26 isnt a law, its a code, my school used to have its own school code but it wasnt the law, theres no point on me trying to explain it to you anymore, maybe if your govt didnt dumb you all down it might make sense, did you know that for some1 in usa to graduate high-school they have to do a multiple choice exam,most people in ireland have to do about 40hours of exams in 2weeks on between 9-10 subjects.nuff said

Sorry, The U.S. is a corporation and a country. TItle 26 is the law and you gave your consent by residing in in the U.S. You are ‘free’ to leave anytime you want. You are not free to ignore the laws of the country.

Title 26 IS the law, goofball. It is the Prima Facia evidence of the law, unless you can prove it is different from the actual act passed by Congress, it is valid.
An “ACT” is what a “LAW” is before it is passed by Congress and signed by the President.
All “muders” are illegal, by definition. “The unlawful killing of another human being”.

There is no such thing as the “british accredation registry”. There is a thing called the “bar”, which is a voluntary society of lawyers. Some States have an ‘integrated bar’ which is not voluntary. You do have to pass the bar exam to be a lawyer.
