   The only phoney tax scheme is the IRS itself. Obligation is not the same as law requiring you to pay tax. We pay file/pay yearly income tax out of fear of unlawful imprisonment. END THE FED.

   Like SOCIAL security being something like 5% of the FIRST $1,400 and OPTIONAL when it was written by that great socialistic ‘ruler’, FDR. ANYTHING that leaves a toe in the door for the government to get its hands on more of the peoples money (since they don’t have any themselves) will be abused. That’s called power!

   @Tealy855 The bigger problem is that even if you have no Taxable income and diddn’t pay income tax on it, inevitably the money still goes on a Tax hellride, sales, excize, gas, oil, ss, registration, renewal, tolls, etc.etc……and with 270 characters remaining I still would not be scratching the surface………just thinking about it makes my butthole hurt…..ughh..

    @interpauler Well, it’s good to know about your studying and friendships, but I must say, no one can ever study enough. These creatures are unremitting. They are now trying through their minions running for congress, to get the tax laws rewritten to ” be more fair” and you know what that means. The laws don’t exist now, so what will be “rewritten”? I’ve enjoyed our exchange. Good night. We must stay vigilant.

    Well, you didn’t specify WHAT to read, so your comment was misconstrued as those who don’t read Title 26—the primary source of income tax lovers—are illiterate, which implies favoring the illegal income tax. Anyway, thanks for the clarification.

    It’s not enough to know that income taxes are ILLEGAL. One must know how to argue their claim in a court and that is a real quagmire of corruption. By the time you spend enough time in court you will think you are going nuts what with all the double talk and refusal of the IRS to produce the documents you motion for …for it to prove its claim against you. They can never show any law that has been enacted that makes an income tax legal against you if you are not one required to pay it.

    @interpauler I wonder how knowledgeable and brave you’d be if you ever had to defend YOURSELF as YOURSELF, in a court against an illegal seizure of your person by U.S. Marshals. With the ego you display, I estimate you’d last all of three minutes. I even bet you do not know what “defend yourself as yourself” even means. I bet you don’t even know how to identify yourself in a court proceeding. It gets really deep. Start studying and quit yer yapping at those on the same side of this argument.

    @interpauler Hey! Down , Boy, Down! I made my comment without reading what everyone else had to say because I wanted it to be my own comment ; not influenced by what others said. Those who argue that income taxex are LEGAL are the illiterate ones. And they constitute a mass that is dragging this country down into total distruction. I had my own standoff with the bastards and after I lose everything I owned, I finally proved I had no liability. You got owned. You misinterpreted MY COMMENT.

    Who would mind paying taxes if what he said was true but its all BS. We all know what our money is being used for. For years we have paid our taxes and we still wind up with tons of Debt. Now how can this be. We all know they are not spending all this money on schools, infastructure, and defense. Are we really that foolish to believe we need to be defended from anyone but them. When our roads and bridges are falling apart, then its not infastructure. Schools. The school system is a joke!
