    16. Gene is one of the best, even his not so good films are good (to me anyway)! I wish Willy Wonka was not remade the first is a piece of cinema perfection the same can be said about Young Frankenstein! As someone that is learning the process of screen writing, I have a list of films that I’d love too remake, not because they were bad films, just not done (in my opinion) as good as they could have been (either poor dialog or simply miss cast). I am a fan of Johnny Depp.

    17. he has love and life in his eyes… such an amazing man :)

    18. @scarlet000begonia This was shot in 2007 at the Four Seasons Hotel in Houston, TX. Thanks for watching!!

    20. Ernie, you are an amazing interviewer!

    21. So very, very sweet. I wish there were millions more on the planet like him. The world would be a different place.

    22. Gene wilder is amazing man great man only if i could meet him in person :)

    23. The Frisco Kid, Harrison Ford and Gene Wilder one of my favorite movies. Sad that he doesn’t do movies anymore. I believe the remake of Willy Wonka was so-so, at least Depp didn’t even attempt to BE Gene Wilder’s Wonka. I’m just tired of movies having 85% of it be cgi.

    24. excellent. thank you for asking such good questions with out belittling nor, offending. it’s so rare to see a good interviewer do it right. again, excellent.

    25. @celebrityimpressions I agree one hundred precent about remakes (I still haven’t forgive Madonna for redoing American Pie) I disagree with your analysis of the new Wonka movie being too dark. I say the old one is MUCH darker (remember the scene when they’re on the boat and those frightening images flash on the walls of the tunnel?). While this is just my opinion, I also think that we have lost many subtleties in films making the new one more overtly dark while the old one was much more nuancey.
