I have received callers stating they will reduce my credit card debt in half for a fee. I dont belie them. I am currently consulting with a HUD approved debt couselor who has given me an amout deducted from my checkig account bi-weekley. It seems that they have delt with my credit card companies in the past and have an accurate interest rate that is or below the actual interest rate. I will be debt free in about 4 years paying back all my debt plus intrest. It is better than filing Chapter 13. In fact the credit companies will receive more intrest this way than Chapter 13.
