I actually started Mixing Pure Camu Camu into my water bottles when cycling. I noticed that it actually reduced my Perceived exertion rating! I was able to ride further faster and it felt easier INSTANTLY!

This is the way to go and it is not just the trees but what grows around them and under them. and every one with a cooker in there house should have a aloe vera plant in there house I have tested it for burns and it works like a miracle just break a leaf off and drip it on to the burn strait away.
